Delivery Information

We offer a fast, affordable and most importantly a discreet delivery service for all of our customers. We charge a flat rate of £4.99 for all UK mainland orders.

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within one working day (if ordered before 1pm) but do please allow up to 3 working days for any order to be processed.  On some occasions certain items may be unavailable or need to be ordered from one of our suppliers which can cause delays. Should this be the case we will get in touch with you via the contact methods you have provided us to inform you of this delay.

We currently use Royal Mail to send our goods. This is a tracked service for your peace of mind and delivery times are usually between 07.00 and 17.30 (Mon - Fri). If no one is in at the time of delivery, a card will be left or an email sent to you with details of either a re-delivery time, your local sorting office information for you to collect your parcel or details of how to arrange your delivery. 

Please be advised that Royal Mail will attempt to deliver your goods up to two times before returning them to us, should this happen and you still wish to receive them then a re-delivery charge will be payable before we can re-send them. If you no longer require your goods then we will refund you minus any shipping costs incurred by us to send them.

For deliveries to Northern Ireland, The Highlands and any other non-mainland UK locations an extra postage fee may need to be applied in order.
